I sent out a survey in world that was to gauge how best you could serve the team. We each have a different skill and talent set. We all know a different set of people who have access to things that will enable our team to put on our events successfully. All it takes if a little networking and asking the critical question; Can you help me do this? The worse thing they can do is say no. It is my goal to make your experience on the Unmasking Team as positive and worthwhile as possible therefore I have always attempted to place square pegs into square holes. While I encourage everyone to stretch themselves outside their comfort zone, I do not expect you to take on a task that is too complicated, time consuming or outside your abilities as to make you frustrated and give up. It is my hope that we will gel as a team and work cohesively and in concert to bring our friends and the grid the best events of the RFL season. Thereby raising funds to help in the eradication and continued research, outreach and prevention of cancer that the ACS does year after year. Please do take the time to fill out the talents, skills, contacts survey as it is critical to my being able to know how to best utilize you. Remember, many hands make light work.
